These terms are between you and Automated Reality LLC, which operates Allways. By using this site or sending a trip request, you agree to them. They are written in plain English and have not been reviewed by a lawyer.

What Allways is

Allways helps you find travel. Our search forms and links send you to partner sites, where you book and pay. Our Plan my trip service is a free planning service: we reply with options and links. We are not the airline, hotel, cruise line, tour company or rental company, and we are not a party to your booking.

Bookings and payments

Your booking is a contract between you and the company you book with. Their terms, prices, cancellation rules and refund rules apply. Payments, changes, cancellations and refunds are handled by them.

Prices and information

Prices and availability come from partners and change all the time. Descriptions on this site (like flight times or "no passport needed") are general information and can be out of date. Always check the details, entry rules, passports and visas on the partner's site and with official sources before you travel.

Trip requests

When you send a trip request, we will try to reply with useful options, but we don't promise a reply by a certain time, or that we will find something within your budget. A quote is a suggestion, not a booking, until you book it with the travel company.

How we are paid

Partners may pay us a commission when you book. See How we get paid.

Use of the site

Don't misuse the site, send spam through the form, or try to break or overload it.

Limitation of liability

The site and the planning service are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for anything a travel company does or fails to do, including delays, cancellations, overbooking, injuries or lost property, and our total liability to you for anything related to this site is limited to $50.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
