Allways is operated by Automated Reality LLC ("we", "us"). This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written in plain English and has not been reviewed by a lawyer.

What we collect

The search forms on this site do not send your searches to us. They build a link in your browser and open the partner's site.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't use it for ads. We don't run analytics or ad trackers on this site. We use one small sign in cookie for the owner's admin page only; visitors get no cookies from us.

Partner sites

When you click through to a partner (for example Booking.com or Viator), that partner and its affiliate network may set their own cookies so they know we sent you. Their privacy policies apply on their sites.

Who sees your request

The person who plans your trip. Your details are stored with our hosting provider, which keeps them on our behalf. If you ask us to, we will share trip details with a hotel, cruise line or tour company only to book or price your trip.

How long we keep it

We keep trip requests until you ask us to delete them, or until we clear out old requests.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we have about you, use the Plan my trip form (put your question in the notes). We will reply within 30 days.

Kids

This site is for adults. Don't send the form if you are under 18. Trip details about children traveling with you are fine.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
